Founded in 2002, NYWCC started as a membership organization with the objective of providing networking opportunities, representation and advocacy for New York women in business. Responding to the needs of its members, the NYWCC now provides help with business planning and implementation, financing and investment, business registration, acquisition of permits and licenses, advertising and selling, training and hiring and certification with the City of New York through its M/WBE Certification Program.

As a not-for-profit organization, the NYWCC is devoted to empowering and improving the quality of life for women in the New York area by providing the resources, education, counseling and coaching, access to capital, and an active network of women to help you achieve business and professional success.

Our Vision

Our vision is to build a community in which its members assist and teach fellow women how to become successful entrepreneurs, accomplished professionals and effective leaders of our society. Furthermore, we aspire to create a supportive networking system and equal opportunities in an environment in which women can grow, reach their utmost potential and achieve success.

We are Committed to:
